I will get some kegs of local Kombucha for drinks and excellent spring water. I will have lunches catered from Sundance Natural Foods- ALL organic vegetarian with chicken option. We have real dishes, glasses etc. (no throw away dishes in our eco buildings)

We love the Eugene airport! It is small and easy to fly into/out of. Certainly the best option for arriving and departing. It is 10 minutes from the Conference venue. If you are traveling from out of town, you will likely want a car to get to the Conference venue and around town.

Beautiful Willamette River trails and walking paths one block away - Skinner Butte across the street for walking/hiking with 360 view of Willamette Valley - 1.5 hour drive to the beach- the Oregon Coast is gorgeous!!
