GNM/GHK Weekend in Cedar Point - November 14th-16th - Cedar Point, NC
Our in-person GHK Weekend Gathering in Cedar Point, NC was such a special experience. Whether attendees were brand new to Germanic New Medicine (GHK) or had been studying for years, the weekend offered a warm and welcoming space to connect, learn, and deepen their understanding of GHK through practical and in-depth teachings.
We shared meaningful conversations, delicious meals, plenty of laughter, and the kind of real, in-person connection that nourishes both body and soul. It was a beautiful reminder of how powerful it is when the GHK community comes together in the same room, open, curious, and ready to grow.

I had been debating whether to take your online class when a friend told me about this opportunity. I am SO glad I decided on the in person option. It was so nice to be with other women in an open, honest and safe environment. It really made me see how much I am missing a community where I can truly be myself.

What an incredible weekend at the Weston A. Price Foundation Conference 2025 in Salt Lake City!
Our booth was full of life and curiosity, so many wonderful people stopped by to explore Germanic New Medicine (GNM/GHK), share their personal healing journeys, and ask deeply insightful questions. It was inspiring to see how many are embracing this new way of understanding the body and its natural intelligence.
I left feeling grateful, uplifted, and more inspired than ever by the growing awareness and enthusiasm within this community.
Our booth was full of life and curiosity, so many wonderful people stopped by to explore Germanic New Medicine (GNM/GHK), share their personal healing journeys, and ask deeply insightful questions. It was inspiring to see how many are embracing this new way of understanding the body and its natural intelligence.

The GNM Weekend - September 26th-28th - Columbus, OH
What an incredible weekend exploring Germanic New Medicine (GNM/GHK)! Over 60 people came together from across the country for deep learning, laughter, connection, and new friendships. This weekend was truly about discovering the brilliance of our biology—and of each other.
I’m so thrilled to have met so many of my students in person! Thank you to everyone who had the desire and ability to join us in this shared journey of GHK connection and knowledge.
We learned, shared, bonded, and broke bread together. Our minds are inspired, our hearts are full, and the vision of GNM/GHK continues to grow stronger every day.

Healthy America 2025 - July 23rd-25th - Washington, DC
Here I am in the main room after lunch, and I’ve already connected with some fascinating people—healers, venture capitalists funding new “healthcare,” and others pushing for true health sovereignty: ethical innovation, protected personal health data, and independence from Big Pharma. Stay tuned!
My presentation this morning went really well—20–25 people showed up, which was great considering the late night and late breakfast. Whitney and I were the only ones with full hour slots; even the keynotes only had 15–20 minutes.
The conference has been eye-opening. Most attendees are men—many innovators determined to fix our broken healthcare system with clean food, fewer chemicals, less reliance on pharmaceuticals, and smarter, more effective approaches. Ton Renz, Jonathan Otto, and Tom (the brilliant attorney who fought the plandemic) were standouts. Dr. Simone Gold also shared her bold new healthcare model blending MDs and NDs.
I fielded three questions at the end—two oddly about CT scans—but afterward, many stopped me in the hall. Several men wanted help understanding their wives’ health struggles, so I gave them a mini Freyja class on the spot.
Best of all, I made some amazing connections that could open doors for greater GHK recognition in the U.S. I also joined the National Health Federation and spent time with its president Scott Tips, plus Charles Frohman (who got me here) and Philip Haddid. All wonderful people.

Discover GNM/GHK in EUGENE, OR
Last May 2-4, 2025, a 3-day GHK immersion in Eugene, Oregon was truly magical—filled with learning, connection, and transformation. We covered the Five Biological Laws, hands-on conflict work, Constellations, CT scans, and more. From live consultations to deep discussions, everyone—newcomers and seasoned learners alike—left with greater clarity and confidence. The feedback has been incredible, and I’m so grateful for this beautiful, life-changing experience we created together. 💛

Weston A. Price Foundation's 24th Annual Conference
October 25-27, 2024. The Weston A. Price Foundation’s 24th Annual Conference was incredible. I connected with passionate minds eager to learn about GNM/GHK—many “got it” instantly. I even did spontaneous consults at the booth! Seeing people realize they can trust their body’s wisdom was priceless. I'm filled with hope and gratitude for this inspiring, empowered community.

GNM/GHK Workshop and the 5 Biological Laws — Asheville
Back in January 2024, I had the pleasure of leading a powerful workshop on Germanic New Medicine at the East Asheville Library. We explored the 5 Biological Laws and a whole new way of understanding biology, pathology, psychiatry, and more. Huge thanks to the "Know Who You Are Study Group" for hosting such a meaningful evening of learning and insight!
