Yes, I Want My CT Scan Read. What Do I Do Now?
If you don't have a recent CT scan, you'll need one.
If you reside in the USA:
You will need a prescription to obtain one. Ask for a brain CT scan without contrast.
It is very important to ask for a CT without contrast!!
If you don't have a primary care MD who can write the order, others have had success at asking:
If you reside outside the USA:
You'll need to inquire within your own networks and your healthcare system.
Unfortunately, we can't help you get a doctor's order; this is something you will need to explore in your community & state. We do advise that you pay out of pocket for it as it's sometimes easier for licensed folks to write the script knowing you won't be billing insurance.
If you reside in the USA:

If you get them digitally:
Send the URL, username, and password to: contact@andilockemears.com. We will let you know if we can or can not access them. If we can't access them, we'll let you know the next steps. (Note: CT images are usually dicom files with an extension: .dcm. This is the best format for us to read. We've had only partial luck with .jpeg's so .dcm's are best.)
If you get them on a CD: You will have to figure out how to download them on your computer and send them to us.
If you get them digitally:

Once you have received your CT scan and have successfully submitted your images to us, complete this form & submit.
Once you have completed steps 1-3, please pay for your appointment. We will contact you once we hear back from the MD. Please be patient; this could take several weeks due to his busy schedule!
