There is a one-hour teleconference every week for everyone taking the course. You have access to this....forever! I review a different part of the course in the first 3 teleconferences and answer questions. The 4th teleconference of the month is an open Q&A to get additional questions answered!
The 8 Activity Sheets are designed to be completed throughout the course at certain times. They help you apply the information you're learning to your own symptoms. Each sheet may take 5 – 30 minutes. It may be easier for some people to complete several of the Activity sheets over the course of several days so there is time to reflect.

I recommend youth over age 13 to take this course, however, you’ll need to be the judge of that. Once you take the course, you’ll have more information to judge if your child will understand it.
